Youth Orchestra Series
The KWS Youth Orchestra Program has a 40 year tradition of music education and outreach in the
KW region and beyond. Our intensive Orchestral Training Program offers instruction and inspiration for young musicians
from early ages through high school and university level, on all instruments of the contemporary symphony orchestra.
Organized in progressive levels, the four ensembles (Youth Strings, Valhalla Brass, Sinfonia and Youth Orchestra),
present their own concert series at CITS and perform throughout the Waterloo region, reaching out to many arts
organizations and community groups of all ages.
Combining a passion for music with fun and friendship, the Youth Orchestra Program trains future
instrumentalists, music lovers and audience members!
